“So, who do you call when your husband tells you on the morning of Christmas Eve that both of the downstairs toilets in your condo are non-functional? And we were expecting nine people on Christmas morning! After looking online for Same Day Plumbers, I called Mr. Rooter - Columbus. They were helpful in starting the process of getting us on the list — and never mentioned that I was calling at a busy holiday time. We were given a four hour window and Brandon arrived about two hours later. Since these were the original toilets from the 2007 construction, he explained that there were several options. We had already tried to ‘solve the problems’ by replacing various parts several times, but that wasn’t working. So, we decided that they this time they needed to be replaced. Brandon left for about a half hour to get what was needed, then returned and installed the two toilets. He was careful to clean up as he worked. We were so thankful that we were able to get kind and courteous help the day before Christmas! We felt that the price was reasonable. If there happens to be another plumbing situation, we NOW know who to call!”

“My sewer line backed up into my basement. Mr. Rooter tried to clear it and eventually determined that we would need to dig outside and replace part of the line. I had another quote from a different company, and Mr. Rooter worked with me to be competitive with their price. I chose them because they offered a lifetime transferrable warranty. It only took two days for the excavation crew to come out as soon as the utilities could be marked. They had the work completed by lunch time. They took great care to not damage any property and work with me on generally moving landscaping. One of them even cleared my sidewalk since it started to snow. The next day, they sent somebody to use the new clean out and try to clear the rest of the line. He spent 5 hours working, and eventually completely cleared it out. Mr. Rooter never tried to upsell me or add anything beyond the original estimate. I don't believe the other company I worked with would've tried so hard to clear it without giving up and recommending more digging. Everybody from Mr. Rooter went above and beyond in my eyes.
