“I called America's Best this morning and they were here this afternoon. They called when they were about 20 minutes away. Jimmy and Michael were very Professional, polite and friendly. They explained what they were going to do and when they were done, they asked me if I knew how to maintain my Septic tank and gave me some helpful tips. They came inside and made sure my toilet was flushing properly, which it was. I was very impressed with these young men and think that whoever trained them did a great job. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them go anyone.”

“The people they have working here are rude and unprofessional. We had them come out to do a grease trap cleaning. A small 10 gallon trap. First of all the technicians couldn't figure out how to access our place of business. We helped them reach us over the phone and eventually had someone go out to them to guide them to our location. And after all of that they have audacity of charging us an additional $40 because their technicians couldn't figure it out on their own. If anything I should of been the one asking for a discount for having to go out of my way to help them out. When the tech finally makes it with their equipment he tells us he can just charge us and simply leave the receipt with us since that's all we need for our city inspections. I could not believe it. What kind of business are these people running here?? We call their office to dispute the additional charge and the dispatcher is also rude and ends up hanging up on us. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL! I wouldn't give them a star on this review if it were possible. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. I'm not one to complain and leave reviews. But this company really crossed the line.”
